Dear Party People,After having been dancing salsa since 1999 through Europe and got inspired by my brother Jarzino, I started to play as a DJ again. For me dancing is like a "PATRIA", a big country with people who enjoy themselves by moving on a certain rhythm where music is the anthem. Since I was a young boy, I loved to hear and dance salsa at home. I grew up in Panama, definitely a salsa country and later I went to live in Aruba with my mother. Although they listen to more MERENGUE, SOCA/ZOUK and KADANS there, I enjoyed also listening to RUBEN BLADES (PROTEST SALSA), which is why "PATRIA" became one of my favourite songs. I am also a fan of LUIS ENRIQUE (SALSA EROTICA) and GLORIA ESTEFAN (MIAMI/CUBA). Last but not least SERGIO VARGAS and FERNANDO VILLALONA (MERENGUE), my favourite merengueros. This music personally inspires me, but as a DJ I want the PARTY PEOPLE to enjoy their night when I'm behind the turn-table. As a DJ I try to frequently update my collection. I currently have a wide variation of salsa music which I carry with me. Such as; Cuban, Puerto Rico, Gran Colombia, Miami, New York and International Salsa. In my case I also have BOLERO, MERENGUE/MERENGUE HOUSE, BACHATA and ZOUK, which I became more familiar with because of my friends whom I play Brass Band with. Last but not least REAGGUETON; introduced to me by my two younger brothers, Jarzino (R.I.P) and Jofrani. When I play, the PARTY PEOPLE are the most important. The rest comes second! I hope to meet you soon at the next party and keep enjoying. Enjoy, stay humble and God bless. Salsudos, Who was Jarzino?
